REFUND POLICY
DTF Prints Are non-refundable.
Verify that the quantities and sizes are correct on your invoice before paying. By accepting and paying this order, you are agreeing to the stated turnaround time.
REFUNDS & REPRINTS
Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shipping, return & refund policy.
Please note that all custom-printed orders are ineligible for refunds; replacements are the only recourse available. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor-quality file. To qualify for a reprint, at least 80% of the transfers must remain intact and unused. If more than 20% of your order has been used, your request for a reprint will not be accepted. Any request for a reprint must be approved by management first.
When placing your order, please ensure you followed the design requirements correctly.
Also, be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order.
*All prices are subject to change without notice. The company assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability whatsoever if price change notices are not received. In the event of new taxes or legislation affecting the cost of Products, the Company reserves the right to increase prices as it deems appropriate or necessary. Shipping prices can be increased during the year.
SHIPPING POLICY
WePrintCanada does not directly deliver orders to customers. We ship through various carriers’ services based on the rates and delivery time. Please note that we cannot ensure the accuracy of shipping estimates provided by carriers.
Turnaround Times
We make it our mission to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out the same or the next business day. Order production estimates are provided based on our current production volume and may be subject to change depending on workload fluctuations. Please be advised that these estimates serve as references only and do not guarantee specific shipping dates. It’s important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances out of our control (such as power outages or technical issues) can potentially cause production delays.
Shipping Locations
WePrintCanada ships to Canada and the United States. Please note that shipping to the US may incur an additional fee.
WePrintCanada will make every effort to ensure you receive your order in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
Tracking Numbers
Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
